The series’ swan song is slated to debut in 2025.

“In Season 3, we are so excited to continue the story of Heron, Seraphim and the gods as they face their most dangerous adversaries yet, Typhon, Cronus and the Titans,” the EPs said via statement.

In 2020, the Parlapanides brothers told Inverse that they had a five-season plan for the series, but acknowledged that, ultimately, viewership would determine whether or not their vision would come to pass.

Blood of Zeus, which premiered in 2020, chronicles “an epic war between gods, mortals and demons” (per the official logline) by means of a mix of anime and mythology. The voice cast includes Elias Toufexis (Star Trek: Discovery), Chris Diamantopoulos (Silicon Valley), Adetokumboh M’Cormack (Castlevania), Matthew Mercer (Critical Role), Courtenay Taylor (X-Men ’97), Julie Nathanson (Tiger & Bunny) and Matt Lowe (Hart of Dixie).
