‘BoJack Horseman’ Renewed for Season 5 by ‘Clingy’ Netflix
Netflix has renewed its dark animated comedy “BoJack Horseman” for a fifth season. That’s too much, man!
The streaming service announced the news Thursday morning by showing a string of texts sent to the show’s star, BoJack. An executive shows up as “clingy netflix exec” on his phone.

Viewers who watched Season 4 will notice that BoJack’s phone is on top of the script for “Philbert,” a show he signed on for at the end of the season. Is he due for a comeback or is this going to be another “Secretariat” situation?
Even in this short video we get some of that trademark “BoJack” wordplay. Who knew that the star of “Horsin’ Around” uses Hay-T&T for his wireless plan?
The show stars Will Arnett, Aaron Paul, Paul F. Thompkins, Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie and many others, including celebrity guest stars. “BoJack Horseman” was created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg. The series is executive produced by Raphael Bob-Waksberg, Steven A. Cohen and Noel Bright.
Season 4 launched on Sept. 8. We can expect Season 5 to air on the streaming service sometime next year.
