Booskerdoo Coffee & Baking Co. to open inside Sickles in Little Silver
Booskerdoo Coffee & Baking Co., with six coffee shops in Monmouth County, will add a seventh this spring.
The new cafe will be located inside Sickles Market in Little Silver.
"Booskerdoo Little Silver inside Sickles Market will be a full-service Booskerdoo cafe, with our fresh-roasted coffee, organic espresso, organic matcha, and delights from our bakery," said James Caverly, who with his wife, Amelia, opened the first Booskerdoo in Monmouth Beach in 2011. "The cafe will be seen right when you walk into Sickles Market."
They hope to open in mid-April.
Looking back: This Jersey Shore coffee shop is taking on a huge expansion
This isn't the coffee company's first partnership with Sickles, a longtime specialty food market. Booskerdoo has a kiosk inside Red Bank's Anderson Building on Monmouth Street, which for nearly four years housed an 8,000-square-foot Sickles market that closed earlier this month.
Following the closure, Caverly said they added more products and tables to the kiosk, located next to what was Sickles' cheese department.
"Booskerdoo Red Bank is currently open and will remain open as well," Caverly said.
Booskerdoo also has coffee shops in Fair Haven, Asbury Park, Middletown and Holmdel, plus Ardsley, New York. Its menu includes pour-over coffee, espresso, cold brew and matcha, plus baked goods like hand pies, breakfast sandwiches, cookies, muffins and scones.
