Brad Pitt’s International Move Allegedly Has Everything to Do with His Six Children
For those who don’t know, it seems Brad Pitt has officially ditched Los Angeles for Europe. While this is for a multitude of reasons, which we’ll be getting into, the main reason allegedly has everything to do with his six estranged kids, with whom he shares with ex Angelina Jolie.
Insiders told InTouch Weekly that Pitt relocated to France, where his best buddy George Clooney lives with his wife Amal Clooney and his twins. He’s allegedly moved into his and Jolie’s French winery, Chateau Miraval, despite being in a continuing legal battle over it.

“Brad was haunted by being so close to his kids and yet so far,” the source told the outlet. “He’s now saying a change of scenery might be what his mind needs, at least until they start wanting to spend time with him again.”
So it seems Pitt may be sticking his permanent roots in France alongside his girlfriend Ines de Ramon, who has recently moved in with him.
Back in 2011, he and Jolie bought the $60 million estate Chateau Miraval, and in 2023, Pitt bought a Los Feliz residence, per Architectural Digest; and it’s unclear if he’s sold that property off or it’s empty as he mainly lives in France.
For those who don’t know, Jolie and Pitt have six children named Maddox Jolie, born in Aug 2001, Pax Jolie, born in Nov 2003, Zahara Jolie, born in Jan 2005, Shiloh Jolie, born in May 2006, and twins Knox and Vivienne Jolie, born on July 2008.
Maddox and Pax have spoken out about their estranged dad, and everyone, besides Knox, has publicly dropped “Pitt” from their last name; leading to further estrangement speculation.
