Breaking Down Sabrina Carpenter's Short n' Sweet Tour Outfits

Since kicking off her Short n' Sweet Tour on September 23, 2024, Sabrina Carpenter has been serving us bold, barely-there flirty 'fits. Fittingly, it seems like the "Bed Chem" singer's celebrity stylist, Jared Ellner, intentionally kept the tour fashion brief to embody and celebrate the pop singer's playful, feminine persona.
Speaking to Time recently, Carpenter confidently confirmed, "Femininity is something that I've always embraced. And if right now that means corsets and garter belts and fuzzy robes or whatever the f*ck, then that's what that means."
If Carpenter's confirmation wasn't enough of a fashion statement, the outfits on her tour indeed speak for themselves as a testament to her freely feminine era. Setting the scene, the tour backdrops so far are giving vintage variety show vibes — except the 'fits are more custom than vintage themselves. The tour features custom looks from Victoria's Secret, Patou, and Ludovic de Saint Sernin — all brands notorious for engaging in the liberation of the female silhouette. While there has been some backlash from non-fans regarding her risqué tour outfits, Carpenter devotees have embraced the feminine assignment, wearing rocking bows, platforms, and lip prints to her concerts in support. From opening night at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, to now, here are the details on what Sabrina Carpenter has worn during her Short n' Sweet tour, broken down by the concerts' very own acts. Keep reading for it all or jump to your preferred section with the arrows below.
Act I: The Short n' Sweet Show in custom Victoria's Secret
The first act opens with "Taste," a song about leaving quite an impression on an ex aimed at the other woman. Throughout the first act, Carpenter certainly leaves quite the impression, wearing a series of custom Victoria's Secret monochrome corset bodysuits that we have so far gotten in a butter yellow, a pale pink, a baby blue, and fiery red.
To add a little more flirtiness to each look, she briefly covers each corset with a matching flirty, sheer negligee as she moves across the stage with bedroom props. If you look closer, the devil is in the details with the corsets featuring little kisses in rhinestones near the singer's hip. For accessories, Carpenter wears matching garter belts and custom tights by Phantasy with different cheeky phrases that are a play on her songs, such as "Taste me" and "I'm working late." If this look didn't capture enough attention, it perfectly complements the other songs that are part of Act I, including "Good Graces" and "Bed Chem."
Act II: Sabrina After Dark in custom Patou
In her transition to Act II, Carpenter is working late as she steps out after dark in a custom Patou black lace capri catsuit. Of course, there is no holding back here; the look is complete, matching opera lace gloves and black Mary Janes covered in crystals. And even though she's retired the "Nonsense" outros for intros, Carpenter teases with an alternative: delivering a surprise cover at every stop of the tour. Carpenter keeps the black consistent for this portion of the show but switches up the color of the bow adorning the necklace of the piece, as noted on the brand's Instagram page, even adding some different-colored feathers momentarily. (Fitting, since she opens the section performing "Feather.")
Act III: Don't Touch That Dial! in custom Ludovic de Saint Sernin
By Act III, Carpenter reminds us she doesn't keep it decaf, and we get full sparkle from head to toe. Singing "Please Please Please" and eventually ending with "Espresso," the pop princess wears a series of custom Ludovic de Saint Sernin two-piece tops with skirts embellished with Swarovski crystals galore. Though the white hem accents remain consistent, so far, Carpenter has given us a pink, black, blue, and red version of the look. Just when we thought there couldn't possibly be any more bling, each look is paired with matching custom, crystal-encrusted ultra-platform Naked Wolfe boots featuring side cutout hearts.
