Beverly Hills, 90210 costars Brian Austin Green and Tori Spelling’s trip down memory lane took them to Disneyland — but the outing was more memorable for the actress.

During the Tuesday, November 5, episode of her “MisSPELLING” podcast, Spelling, 51, recalled the time when she and Green, 51, hooked up after going to the theme park. “So I have those things sometimes, where it’s, like, I have zero memory of that,” he said when Spelling started to tell the story of their trip to Disney. “But please, fill me in.”

Spelling noted that “the place is irrelevant,” adding that she was referring to “what happened that night.” When Spelling asked if Green could remember the events, he replied, “No.” Spelling exclaimed, “What?” before Green asked if she was “judging” him for his memory lapse.

“No, no, no, no, no, no, I’m judging myself for mentioning it,” she explained, before Green asked if they had “sex that night.” Spelling replied that it was the “first night we slept together, yes.”

“That wasn’t that night,” Green said, to which Spelling asked where he thought they had initially slept together. “Wasn’t it Shannen [Doherty]’s house?”

Spelling explained that she had a strong memory of the night because Green was the second guy she had ever slept with, noting that she could “remember details.”

“We had sex for the first time in Disneyland,” Spelling said, to which Green asked, “At Disneyland? Really? What?” Spelling noted that it was inside his hotel room, to which he clarified, “Oh, OK, so not Disneyland. Like, not on a ride or anything like that.”

Spelling noted that they had been “fighting so much” and Green theorized that they were “super drunk” — to which Spelling agreed. Before carrying on with the story, Spelling paused to admit she felt “so stupid” for recalling the events with so much detail. “No, because you have a better memory than I do,” Green reassured her. “So, good for you.”

Spelling clarified that her attention to detail was not because of Green — although she admitted that the night was “special” — but it was because she had a “specific” memory. Carrying on, Spelling said they were waiting in line for the Matterhorn ride, when she asked why they “always” fought.

“You said, ‘Have you ever thought, maybe, I always fight with you because I love you?’” Spelling said to Green, adding that they “started kissing.” Green interjected, “Wait, what? I love this story. I feel like I’m hearing a story of you and someone else right now.”

Spelling said it was “kind of epic,” calling the events “out of a John Hughes movie.” (Hughes directed movies such as 1985’s The Breakfast Club and 1986’s Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.)

“Then you were like, ‘Do you want to get out of here?’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah.’ Then we left,” Spelling said, saying she picked up the phone and called their costar Jennie Garth the following morning.

Green explained that he could “remember other times, but I do not remember that time at all. I don’t know how that’s possible.” While Green didn’t recall the events in the Disney theme park, he did remember pulling tissues out of Spelling’s bra a different time. “I do remember that, the tissue,” he said, while Spelling laughed.

Beverly Hills, 90210 aired for 10 seasons from 1990 to 2000. On screen, Spelling and Green played on-again, off-again love interests Donna and David. Their characters got married in the finale — a scene that Spelling has said made her question her real feelings for Green.

Off screen, Spelling eventually married Charlie Shanian in 2004. She had an affair with Dean McDermott, whom she married in 2006. Spelling and McDermott welcomed son Liam in 2007, daughter Stella in 2008, daughter Hattie in 2011, son Finn in 2013 and son Beau in 2017. She filed for divorce from him in March.

Green, for his part, has a son from a previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil. He moved on with Megan Fox, whom he wed in 2010 and welcomed Noah in 2012, Bodhi in 2014 and Journey in 2016. Green confirmed their split in 2020, the same year he was spotted with Sharna Burgess. The pair welcomed son Zane Walker in 2022, and Green proposed to Burgess in 2023.
