Bridgerton's Jessica Madsen is opening up about her identity — and her love life — in a post celebrating the start of Pride Month.

On Saturday, June 1, Madsen, 32, shared a heartfelt post on her Instagram account, sharing some artwork celebrating the LGBTQ+ community, as well a historical photo of a march following the Stonewall Riots. The actress also shared a simple selfie, posing for the camera in a close-up as she wore a colorful tie-dyed T-shirt, rainbow rhinestones on her face and a bucket hat reading: "LOVE SUPREME."

Also in her interview with PEOPLE, Masden teased that there may be "twists and turns" in store for her character in the second part of season 3.

“The mask is falling off Cressida. She's becoming a human being. No, we're getting to see her human side and why she is the way she is,” she said. “And yeah, that every mean girl has something beneath her. If we quote 'mean girl' as everyone likes to call her.”

"I personally don't think she is, but hey, you know," she added.
