Something big is happening next week.

On Thursday, Nov. 7, Blue Bloods star Bridget Moynahan will join us for the inaugural TVLine Spotlight conversation, a new series of in-person Q&A events featuring your favorite television stars and creators.

More from TVLine

Moynahan, who since Day 1 has played Erin Reagan on CBS’ well-watched Blue Bloods, will be a guest at TVLine parent company PMC’s brand-new, ground floor New York video studio, where TVLine Chief Content Officer Matt Webb Mitovich will moderate a wide-ranging discussion. Topics to be covered include Moynahan’s pivot from modeling to acting, where her first roles included the film Coyote Ugly and the role of Natasha in Sex and the City. We’ll touch on the actress’ other TV and film work, before zeroing in on Blue Bloods, which is in the midst of airing its final eight episodes, capping a 14-year run.

How was the family/cop drama, and the role of Erin, first pitched to Moynahan? What example as on-screen patriarch Tom Selleck set as “No. 1 on the call sheet”? What lessons can America learn from sitting in on the Reagan’s weekly family dinners? And what does Blue Bloods have on tap for its final weeks?

If you’re in the New York City area and want to be on hand for Moynahan’s thoughts on all of the above and so much more, RSVP for the Nov. 7 TVLine Spotlight event at this link. Moynahan will also be answering a few fan questions from those in the audience, but you can also email the Inside Line address below if you can’t make it to midtown that evening.
