Brie Larson Hopes For Another In-N-Out Burger Surprise During Oscars: 'I Could Get a Double-Double!'
Brie Larson definitely knows how to turn on the glam for an awards show, but girl’s still gotta eat.
While talking to Ryan Seacrest on the Oscars red carpet, the actress—nominated for her leading role in Room—dished on the delicious surprise she got from Katy Perry during the Golden Globes.

“None of us realized that if you walk the carpet you miss the dinner,” Larson said. “We were all expecting a dinner when we arrived and there wasn’t food and so everyone was starving … Jamie Foxx was trying to text people at the hotel to bring us french fries. Katy Perry played it really cool and she was like, ‘I got it.'”
After winning her award, she said that “two minutes later there was a hot In-N-Out burger sitting at my seat.”

In anticipation of what’s in store for the Oscars, Larson has high hopes: “I could get a double-double. Who knows what could happen!” (Given the celebrity track record of eating burgers at awards shows, we imagine her wish will come true.)
As for the sweet gold-dusted chocolate statues that Wolfgang Puck and his sons were handing out? Larson is resisting the urge to eat hers, for good luck. “I’m, like, stressed about [it], I don’t know if I want to eat it or not — I’m holding onto it.”
