Platt’s North-American tour comes after his concert residency at Broadway’s Palace Theatre. He also recently dropped a new single, “Cherry on Top,” which follows last month’s release of “Andrew.” Both tracks are to be on his new album, “Honeymind,” due out May 31.

Brandy Clark, who won the 2024 Grammy for Best Americana Performance, is to support Platt on this tour. Clark also co-wrote the music and lyrics for the Broadway musical “Shucked,” earning a Tony nomination for Best Original Score.
