Brooke Shields, Maye Musk stun in swimsuit shots taken by Helena Christensen: 'Smoking'
Helena Christensen is expanding her photography portfolio with some well-known subjects — including Brooke Shields — and people love what they see.
On the heels of Christensen’s pretty, poppy-filled shoot with Gigi Hadid for the May Vogue Czechoslovakia cover, the supermodel turned photographer shared snaps from a beach photo shoot with Shields and models including Maye Musk.The flattering photos are being buzzed about not just because of Christensen’s talent but because Shields and Musk, who are 53 and 70 respectively, look stunning in their swimsuits, which are part of the Danish beauty’s Staerk & Christensen swimwear range.

After Christensen, 50, shared the series of portraits of the “beautiful, smart, witty, inspiring, supportive and cool women” — also including Carolyn Murphy, 45, and Alexandra Agoston, 31 — commenters gushed over how beautiful the women of all ages looked. Musk commented on what a great shoot it was, writing, “Fabulous photos capture our fabulous weekend. Thank you.” She also posted a behind-the-scenes shot, noting, “When Helena brought out her camera, I wanted to wear the latest swimsuit and robe collection by @staerkandchristensen for this shot. Why not? You need to feel gorgeous at any age.”
Shields, who was featured in a swimwear campaign last year, wore a black one-piece for the shoot and struck a pose by the shore. Musk had on a one-piece gray suit with a satin robe over it.
Just because Christensen is spending more time behind the camera for this shoot and others doesn’t mean that’s where she’ll be permanently. She also posted some photos showing her “out and about” testing the new swim collection — and she posed in the same bathing suit that Musk was wearing.
