Bruno Mars announces new concerts in partnership with MGM Resorts

Bruno Mars recently made his grand return to the spotlight four years after the success of his last album, Unorthodox Jukebox, when he released his newest single “24k Magic.”

Now the Grammy award winner has a new gig to look forward to, as he’s just signed a major partnership with MGM Resorts International. Rather than being given an official residency like Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, or Jennifer Lopez, Mars will kick off the opening season of the company’s two new entertainment venues, Park Theater at Monte Carlo in Las Vega and The Theater at MGM National Harbor in Maryland.

“Bruno is among the most talented performers in the world and we are excited to start a long-term relationship with him across our industry-leading portfolio of entertainment venues,” said Bill Hornbuckle, president of MGM Resorts International. “There is no stronger launching pad for a new venue than for Bruno Mars to be among the first to grace its stage, and we get to do it twice, an amazing beginning to a multi-year partnership.”

Before heading to the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas to kick off the New Year with shows on Dec. 30 and Dec. 31., Mars will appear at the Maryland location to host an event on Dec. 27. He’s also set to return to Park Theater for additional performances in March.
