“Die With a Smile” spent eight weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 and reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Die With a Smile” this year. The song recently topped Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart and notched two Grammy nominations for the 2025 ceremony, including song of the year and best pop duo/group recording. Meanwhile, “APT.” hit No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100, becoming the first song by a Western act to rule the Japan song chart in more than 11 years. The song also spends a fourth week atop both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts.

“APT.” is the K-pop star’s first release since announcing her December-slated 12-track album rosie earlier this month. When sharing the news of her first-ever solo LP, Rosé wrote: “I have poured my blood and tears into this album. I cannot wait for you to listen to this little journal of mine … With this album, I hope you all feel that much closer to me. And yes, it’s a full length album.”
