Céline Dion's Backup Dancer Saves Her from a Wardrobe Malfunction at Paris Fashion Week
Céline Dion avoided a wardrobe malfunction at Paris Fashion Week thanks to her best pal, backup dancer Pepe Munoz.
While sitting front row at the Alexandre Vauthier Haute Couture Show alongside Munoz on Tuesday, Dion’s plunging black gown almost revealed a little more than she intended to.
Munoz, 34, swiftly came to the rescue and secured the 50-year-old singer’s dress back into place.
Photographers at the show captured the incident on camera, showing Dion thanking Munoz with a sweet smile and a pat on his arm.
Moments later, Munoz was photographed nuzzling his chin on Dion’s shoulder. In turn, the singer smiled down at him.
For the outing, Dion paired the gown with stunning dangling earrings and black pointed toe heels. She styled her golden tresses in an elegant updo.
Meanwhile, Munoz opted for a leather jacket, trousers and black boots.
Dion made headlines earlier today after the Grammy-winner revealed she’s heading to London to headline a summer festival in Hyde Park on July 5.
“I’ve got a big craving for some sausage and mash… and sticky toffee pudding!” Dion says in the video message that accompanied the announcement. “London, here we come. Ciao. Be there!”

Her star turn at the Barclaycard British Summer Time concert is her only European show of the year and will come just a month after she brings her second Las Vegas residency, Céline, to an end on June 8.
“It’s my first time doing a show in beautiful Hyde Park. I’m so excited,” Dion said in a statement. “I love London, and it’s a great honor for me to be part of the Barclaycard presents BST Hyde Park concerts.”
