Lubbock's historic Cactus Theater has a plethora of Christmas concerts and events planned for music fans of all ages.
Grand Ol' Christmas Show
The Grand Ol' Christmas Show is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, at the Cactus Theater, 1812 Buddy Holly Ave.
The Grand Ol’ Christmas Show is a live, one-of-a-kind musical comedy bringing all-time favorite Christmas classics and original sketch comedy antics to theaters across Texas.
It's an original production of The Grand Ol’ Production Company, produced by Will Hearn and featuring Americana standout Blue Water Highway and a cast of the best artists and entertainers in Texas.
The show is presented as a vintage-era radio broadcast at the 1225 AM N-O-E-L Radio Studios and in front of a live studio audience. Made for both the boomer and the millennial music lover, this nostalgic tribute to American Christmas traditions blurs the lines between heartfelt nostalgia and contemporary pop culture satire.
Tickets for this show are: $40 for first four rows (rows A-D); $35 for the next four rows (rows E-H); $30 for the next four rows (rows J-M); $25 for standard balcony; and $70 for balcony box seats (box seat includes concessions throughout show).

David Gaschen: A Celebration of Christmas is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, at the Cactus Theater, 1812 Buddy Holly Ave.
Come have your heart lifted in the true spirit of the season and be delightfully entertained as the Lubbock native and Broadway star, David Gaschen, performs songs you will know and some that have been specially created to fit his beautiful voice.

Gary Morris: Hitsmas and Christmas
An Evening with Gary Morris: Hitsmas and Christmas is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, at the Cactus Theater, 1812 Buddy Holly Ave.
Morris is known world-wide for his vocal mastery, able to hold audiences mesmerized and overwhelmed by the pure beauty and inspiration of his voice. His recording career garnered five #1 and 16 Top 10 singles, including “Why Lady Why,” “The Love She Found in Me” and “Baby Bye Bye.”
Morris’ original rendition of the classic “Wind Beneath My Wings” won both the Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music “Song of the Year” awards. Morris was also named Billboard’s “Male Artist of the Year” early in his career. At the height of his Nashville recording career, the Texas-bred tenor was tapped to play the lead role of Jean Valjean in Broadway’s epic hit “Les Misérables,” to critical acclaim.

It's a Caldwell Kids Christmas is scheduled for two shows, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, and Saturday, Dec. 18, at the Cactus Theater, 1812 Buddy Holly Ave.
