Camila Cabello Embraces the Neon Hues of Miami Nightlife in New Moopie Sneaker Campaign
Camila Cabello has partnered with Grounds to design an exclusive Miami night sky-inspired colorway of the brand’s cloud-like Moopie sneaker. The collaboration marks the Japanese footwear brand’s first global talent partnership, blending Cabello’s vibrant personal style with one of Grounds’ signature designs.
In campaign images by Rahul Bhatt, Cabello sits in the middle of a Miami street wearing a ringer-style graphic T-shirt with turquoise accents on the neckline and sleeves, paired with coordinating black and turquoise athletic shorts and her Blue Hour Moopie sneakers.

Drawing inspiration from the coveted Moopie shoe — a signature style known for its bold shape and elevated bubble sole — Cabello collaborated on this project with the brand she adored long before their partnership. The color pays homage to Miami’s neon lights, ocean views and electric nightlife, reflecting themes from her fourth studio album, “C, XOXO” released last June. The sneakers feature her C, XOXO logo on the insole and heel tab for a personalized touch.
“I wore grounds so much while writing this album and festival rehearsals, they’re unique and comfy and they make me taller hehe,” Cabello captioned a carousel of photos featuring herself in the cloud-like footwear.
Cabello often infuses her vibrant personal style into her fashion and brand collaborations. A L’Oréal ambassador since 2017, she’s a red carpet regular at the brand’s annual Women of Worth event. In 2022, she starred in a bilingual Victoria’s Secret “Bombshell” campaign, stating, “For me, being a bombshell is being exactly who you are and having the courage to celebrate who you are, every day.”
The limited-edition Moopie sneakers retail at $460 and are became available for preorder on the brand’s website on Thursday. The shoes are expected to ship in June.
