Candiace Dillard Basset and husband Chris Bassett are bidding farewell to their beautiful Maryland townhouse. The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member has officially listed their Oxon Hill residence after purchasing a gorgeous new house in November.

Candiace recently opened up about why the couple has decided to sell the $800,000 home. “It's a great time for the current market and we have had the home in our family long enough to make a generous return on our investment,” she told People magazine, also adding, “We were ready for a change."

As can be seen in the video above, the spacious 2,960-square-foot townhouse offers plenty of room, with 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and an abundance of living space spread out across four stories.

"While I'm incredibly sad to be letting it go, as this was my first home as a young adult, I know that the next owners, whoever they will be, will enjoy turning this house into a home of their own," Candiace told People of the home. "We truly loved living here and took great care of the property."

While it may be bittersweet to say goodbye to their first home together, Candiace and her husband can look forward to making plenty of memories in their new adobe. The duo announced that they purchased a new house last fall.

“Much to be thankful for,” Candiace wrote on Instagram at the time, also adding hashtags that read, “grateful,” “our house,” and “moves on moves on moves.”
