The “Before He Cheats” country star began her residency back in December 2021 and has extended it several times already. She has a bunch of shows coming up, as well, including six performances in August, followed by six more in October.
In a 2022 Rolling Stone interview, Underwood described the benefits of performing in Las Vegas.
“From a production standpoint, we can do something that we can’t necessarily do when we’re packing up all our gear and going from place to place,” Underwood said. “From a switching-things-up perspective, when you’re on the road, you’re in different towns, and all the people in the audience are from that general area of the world.”
“What I love about Vegas is you’re in one place, but everybody is from everywhere,” she continued. “It’s a mishmash of people from all over the place. It’s cool to look out at the audience and think about that.”
On July 29, Underwood, Luke Bryan, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, and Eric Church will pay tribute to Toby Keith at a Nashville benefit concert. On Aug. 2, Underwood will perform on Good Morning America, as part of the 2024 Citi Summer Concert Series.
