Catherine Zeta-Jones and daughter Carys go '70s retro at Michael Kors show

Michael Douglas wasn’t the only one by Catherine Zeta-Jones‘s side on Wednesday at the Michael Kors presentation for New York Fashion Week.
The Feud actress also brought along her 15-year-old daughter, Carys.
Both women perfectly matched the disco theme of the event, with Catherine wearing a ruffled burgundy dress and Carys in bell-bottoms and a snakeskin jacket. The family sat alongside Regina King, Katy Perry, Kerry Washington, Kate Hudson and other celebrities.

Carys is a regular at fashion shows by now. During the NYFW last spring, she had impressive seats at both the Michael Kors and Dolce & Gabbana shows.
“She wants to get into the business,” Zeta-Jones told E! in April 2018. “She is a wonderful actress and a wonderful singer and pianist, but she loves fashion. Loves it.”
As for Carys, she said she gets her appreciation of fashion from her mother.
“Fashion has been so important in my life, because my mom is like a fashion icon to me,” Carys told Town & Country magazine in August 2018. “I’m always looking through her closet.”
The Douglases also share a son, Dylan, 18, who probably wasn’t at the show Wednesday because he’s attending Brown University.
Zeta-Jones and Douglas married in 2000.
