Celebrity Couples Who Work Together

In 2023, one of the year’s biggest movies, Barbie, was led by two couples: Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach and Margot Robbie and Tom Ackerley. Together, the powerful foursome was a testament to the art that can come out of one of Hollywood’s talented couples putting their heads together for a new project. And while working side-by-side with your spouse may not be for every couple in entertainment out there, we’re always in awe of the ones who make it work — like Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. From sizzling duets to shiver-inducing on-screen chemistry, there’s a lot to love when our favorite husband and wife duos set out to create something together.

In 2018, Hollywood power couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski worked together for the very first time in The Quiet Place. For Krasinski, who directed the movie, having Blunt as his muse was a dream come true.

“I think because we’re both actors, people think we have the same experiences but we have a completely different experiences,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “She’s off working with a different crew, cast, director and I usually do my own thing. So, to actually see what it is that makes her such an amazing actress, I’ve obviously been the biggest fan of hers forever, but to see her on set doing what she does, when you’re in the room it’s a whole different thing.” Absolutely adorable, we know!
