A strange side effect of fame? Celebrities effectively share their family with the world. While celebrity moms and dads obviously revel in their children’s milestones more than anyone else, their fans can’t help but feel a sort of parental pride, too. So, when you see celebrity kids all grown up, it’s totally understandable if it tugs on your heartstrings a little bit. Like, when did this happen? When did they become little adults? Weren’t they just toddling down a red carpet with their famous mom or dad (or mom and dad) at a movie premiere?
Some celebrity kids have made routine cameos over the years, like Reese Witherspoon’s son Deacon and daughter Ava. Others, like Elizabeth Hurley’s son Damian, have only recently begun to step back into the spotlight. Some look more and more like their celebrity parents with each passing appearance. And others seem intent on carving a path of their own, free of comparisons.
But regardless, all roads lead to this point: the one where we can’t help but marvel over just how grown-up and mature these celebrity kids are. Here are some of the tiny humans in Hollywood that have become, well, full-blown humans behind the scenes.

Rumer, Scout, & Tallulah Willis
It’s impossible to avoid the spotlight when your parents are two of Hollywood’s most recognizable names. Just ask Demi Moore and Bruce Willis’ daughters Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. The world watched as the girls appeared with their parents — and, during their mom’s other big Hollywood marriage, alongside Ashton Kutcher — at red-carpet events. Now, they’re doing more of their own red-carpet walking. Rumer is a well-known actress and singer (she combined both for Fox’s Empire), and she’s expecting her first child. Scout has an impressive singing career, and Tallulah is an actor and visual artist.
Jaden & Willow Smith
Like Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa’s kids, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s children Jaden and Willow have never been too far from the limelight. So, it’s been heartwarming to see them transition into their own fully realized people. Jaden is a musician, sometimes actor and generous philanthropist. Willow appears alongside her famous mom as a co-host of the popular Facebook series Red Table Talk, and is an impressive punk-rock singer.
Ella Bleu Travolta
The daughter of John Travolta and Kelly Preston, Ella Bleu has largely always been known as the sweet girl tagging along with her parents. Not anymore, though! She’s still sweet, but she’s no longer tagging along — she’s stepping into the entertainment field on her own. Although she’d enjoyed a bit role in Old Dogs with her dad in 2009, the actress officially kicked off her career in 2019 with the feature film The Poison Rose.
Dylan & Paris Brosnan
Once upon a time, Pierce Brosnan and his wife Keeley Shaye Brosnan would bring their two precious little boys along to red-carpet events. Paris is also a model as well as a filmmaker.
Zelda Williams
The daughter of the late, great comedian-slash-actor Robin Williams, Zelda Williams will forever be for fans the little girl entirely adored by her dad. And while she still pays tribute to Robin routinely, Zelda is carving out a career for herself as an actress, director, producer and writer. Still, it truly delighted the internet recently when she did the viral “Which Disney character are you?” filter on Instagram — and was matched with Aladdin’s Genie, one of her dad’s most beloved roles.
Brooklyn Beckham
Over the years, it’s become the norm to gush over British sweethearts Victoria and David Beckham’s four kids: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. But in recent years, we’ve particularly enjoyed watching the couple’s oldest son, Brooklyn, grow into a confident young man. He models, he’s a photographer and, our favorite development, he often twins it with his footballer dad and wife Nicola Peltz.
Corrine Foxx
Jamie Foxx’s daughter Corrine Foxx stole fans’ hearts when she began walking red carpets as a little girl with her dad. And she officially melted those hearts in 2019 when, switching things up, she brought Foxx as her plus-one to the premiere of her movie 47 Meters Down: Uncaged.
Damian Hurley
In 2002, Elizabeth Hurley gave birth to a child, a cherubic-faced son named Damian Charles, whom she was often photographed carrying around in her arms. Since we so clearly remember that cute baby, it’s hard to believe that Damian is now an adult. And the young model looks just like Elizabeth!
Julian Stern
Lisa Kudrow and husband Michael Stern share son Julian Stern, who was born in 1992. Now in his 20s, Julian has started getting more familiar with his moms work, particularly her role as Phoebe on Friends. “He called me up and said, ‘So I just watched the first two episodes…it’s really good, Mom,’” Kudrow shared in a July 2022 interview.
Maddox & Zahara Jolie-Pitt
Yes, it goes without saying that all of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s six children have grown up a lot over the last few years. But it’s her two oldest that stand out the most to us, perhaps because we so vividly remember Jolie and ex-husband Pitt toting the cute tots around. Now, those babies are no more. Maddox recently moved to South Korea to study biochemistry in college. And Zahara is now enrolled at Spelman College.
Ireland Baldwin
Unfortunately, most people only remember Ireland Baldwin’s early years through the lens of her dad’s infamous voicemail message to her during his split from Ireland’s mom, Kim Basinger. However, Ireland is now a model and actress in her own right… and she routinely insists she and dad Alec are closer than ever. She even light-heartedly roasted him during a Spike TV special in 2017. And she’s expecting her first child!
Hayley Hasselhoff
The daughter of David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach, Hayley Hasselhoff used to steal the spotlight from her parents as a spirited little girl. She’s since stepped out of her parents’ shadow completely with TV roles (she was the lead in the short-lived and woefully underrated series Huge) and is a plus-size model.
Frances Bean Cobain
The world first met Frances Bean Cobain as the baby girl of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Hole lead singer Courtney Love. Tragically, she was only 20 months old when her dad took his own life, and glimpses of her over the years have been with Love — and their relationship has been contentious at times, to say the least. However, she’s really come into her own in recent years, captivating fans with her poise and character.
Sosie Bacon
Aww, remember sweet little Sosie Bacon — the little girl who used to hang out with dad Kevin Bacon and mom Kyra Sedgwick at industry events? Well, now she goes to industry events on her own. Not only has she worked with both her mom and dad onscreen (or sometimes with Kevin or Kyra directing), but she’s also enjoyed prominent roles in series like 13 Reasons Why.
Matthew & John Owen Lowe
No longer the little boys who used to hang out with their actor dad at movie premieres, Rob Lowe’s sons Matthew and John Owen have officially grown up. Adorably, though, they still have a tight-knit — and playful — relationship with their dad. The three had a short-lived paranormal investigation show on A&E called The Lowe Files in 2018, and they’re constantly roasting their dad on social media for his selfie obsession.
Ava & Deacon Phillippe
Remember back in Reese Witherspoon’s early career, when she met Ryan Phillippe fell in love on the set of Cruel Intentions and had two precious kiddos? Well, a lot has changed since then — and now, siblings Ava and Deacon Phillippe are basically the doppelgangers of their parents. Plus, they’ve grown up to become best friends, which is super-sweet. Ava is a model and has worked in minor acting roles, while Deacon has been working on his acting and DJ chops.
Lola, Michael & Joaquin Consuelos
It’s hard to believe, but the sweet little faces that Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos used to tote all over town are now basically adults. Michael has graduated and is sharing the screen with his dad on Riverdale, Lola has started her musical career, and Joaquin is Wrestling at the University of Michigan! Such a talented bunch!
Simone Johnson
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has always had a close relationship with his first-born, Simone Alexandra Johnson. But the shy little girl who once attended movie premieres with her A-list dad has given way to a confident young woman who is following in her father’s footsteps and made her WWE TV Debut as Ava Raine in 2022.
Paris Jackson
Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris Jackson has made a name for herself in the music business taking after her legendary father. She started her own band, The Soundflowers, in the early 2010s and has made waves as a solo artist and TV actor.
Kaia & Presley Gerber
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber’s kids are following in moms’ modeling career footsteps — both Kaia and her brother Presley are already making quite the stir in the modeling world.
Sasha & Malia Obama
Barack & Michelle Obama’s kids aren’t so little anymore — Sasha Obama was a student at the University of Michigan and Malia is a Harvard graduate who is making a name for herself as a television director and writer. (Did y’all catch that episode of Swarm?)
