Celis Juice Bar opening third location in Palm Beach County
With a stated mission to "make your life easier when it comes to making healthier choices," Celis Juice Bar is staying true to their word.
Customers craving their smoothies, acai bowls, fresh pressed juices, breakfast burritos, sandwiches and more will soon have a third location to stop in and get their fix.
The newest Celis Juice Bar is slated to open off of Linton Boulevard in Delray Beach by summer.
Owner Alex Celis, said they signed a lease on the new location and, that after permitting requests and build out, the new restaurant should open in June.
At 800 square feet, the new location will be slightly bigger than their other stores.
With the original store opening in 2015 along South Dixie Highway, in West Palm Beach and the second in 2017 in the Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach, Alex said the stores have undergone quite an evolution.
Listening to their customers and what they really wanted, he said "The business has pivoted so many times throughout the years, it's evolved from a small produce market and mini grocer into a full juice bar offering smoothies and coffee as well as breakfast and lunch items."

Offering the same menu at the new location as at the West Palm Beach and Palm Beach shops, those items include their incredibly popular smoothies, acai bowls, coffee and breakfast burritos. One of the biggest hits with customers recently, Alex said is their turkey sammy. It is made with turkey, arugula, tomato, avocado, cheddar cheese, herb aioli, local sourdough from Aioli is extremely popular.
One wellness trend Alex said they have embraced recently embraced is getting away from most seed oils like canola, sunflower, soybean and corn and replacing them with EVOO.
In addition to the new Delray Beach location, Alex said they will be opening a fourth location in 2025 in the new NORA District in West Palm Beach.
