Channing Tatum Is Now Giving Couples This Bold Advice After Working With Fiancée Zo? Kravitz

Like many other couples in Hollywood, Zo? Kravitz and Channing Tatum began their love story working together on set. But instead of being love interests on-screen, Kravitz was making her directorial debut in Blink Twice while her fiancé was the leading man. So while the working together while dating combo might not be recommended, it sure did work out for them.

“It was really interesting because we started as friends just working on a project that we both really believe in,” Tatum told Entertainment Tonight at the movie’s premiere on August 8. “When things start in that creative place… you just respect each other’s point of view, you respect each other’s mind, each others’ experience in life.”

Reflecting on the great time they had together, Tatum said he might not want to go back to other projects without her. “I now don’t know what I would do creating without her,” he admitted. “Everybody was like, ‘You sure you want to go create with your partner?’ But I actually suggest that to almost everyone now, ’cause you really get to know who that person is and what they are to you, and who they are to you when you’re in the trenches.” Is anyone taking notes?

Since their time shooting together, it seems Tatum valued his significant other’s opinions and suggestions more than ever. “You go, ‘Alright, I need to have your perspective right now. Tell me tell me what to do, tell me how to do it. Tell me what I don’t know and what I’m not seeing,'” he said.

Luckily, Kravitz was just as complementary to the Magic Mike star. “I think there is so much trust there,” Kravitz told the outlet. “And you’re able to go to places that maybe you couldn’t go with someone that you maybe don’t know as well.”

“So it was a really beautiful experience to work together creatively,” she added.

Last night’s premiere, in addition to marking the almost-end of Kravitz’s seven-year passion project, also served as the couple’s red carpet debut. Since they started dating back in 2021, they’ve kept their public appearances to a minimum ever since. Seeing them on a red carpet together, especially when where they share such kind words about one another, was quite refreshing.
