Charlie Sheen And Denise Richards's Daughter Revealed Shocking Behind-The-Scenes Details Of Her Nose Job, Less Than A Year After Her Breast Augmentation
Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards's daughter Sami Sheen went under the knife again, and she shared all the behind-the-scenes footage involved.

On her TikTok account, the 20-year-old OnlyFans model documented her rhinoplasty, explaining why she chose to have the surgery and sharing before and after footage of the procedure and aftercare.
Sami's nose job is actually the second time she's been candid about a cosmetic procedure. Last year, Sami shared that she got a breast augmentation and shared the process on her social media.
On Aug. 14, Sami shared a photo of her nose before the surgery, stating that she had wanted a nose job for the past five years.
After revealing how she felt about her nose's previous shape, Sami shared that she went to three surgeons before finally deciding on Beverly Hills Rhinoplasty surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar for the operation.
According to E! News, Dr. Dugar is rumored to have done work on celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz, and Ashlee Simpson Ross.
As per his practice's website, they specialize in two types of nose jobs: scarless rhinoplasty and functional rhinoplasty, although it's unclear which Sami underwent.

Sami was pretty candid on her social, writing, "I did feel extremely nauseous from the anesthesia and pain meds, which happened my last surgery too," referring to her breast augmentation last year, "So I guess my body is just super sensitive to that stuff."

Sami followed up with another TikTok addressing the pain she's experiencing following the surgery using a popular sound bite, suggesting the pain is a 10/10.

On day three, Sami shared the step-by-step process of her aftercare treatment for the surgery that she must do five times daily.
She started by applying an ointment to the inside of her nostrils. Next, she put drops of apricot oil into her nose to prevent her nostrils from drying.

Then, she used an Arnica cream to treat the bruising underneath her eyes.
After adding the ointments and creams, she showed how she uses gauze and straps to prevent dripping.
Once everything was in place, Sami revealed she had to ice her nose for 30 minutes.
On her Instagram stories, Sami shared a day three update of her recovery detailing the pain.
She wrote, "I'm in a decent amount of pain it kinda feels like I got punched in the face & have a horrible sinus infection at the same time because of all the pressure and not being able to blow my nose. but it already looks so cute even though it's swollen and in a cast so I know this is all so worth it and I can't wait to see it and take super cute photos with my new nose :))."
It's rare that celebrities or notable people share behind-the-scenes details of their nose job, let alone even admit they had work done in the first place. It's interesting to see an honest visual explanation of the first few days of the rhinoplasty surgery.
