Other details about the character are being held back for the time being. The show’s fire house is potentially in need of a new chief after Eamonn Walker, who played Chief Wallace Boden for all 12 previous seasons, departed as a series regular at the end of last season. Boden was promoted in the show’s storyline, leaving open the possibility for Walker to return as a guest star.
On his way out, Boden told David Eigenberg‘s Christopher Herrmann that he was Boden’s choice to be the new chief, potentially setting up some conflict as the new season begins. Along with Eigenberg, returning castmembers include Taylor Kinney, Miranda Rae Mayo, Joe Mi?oso, Christian Stolte, Daniel Kyri, Hanako Greensmith and Jocelyn Hudon.
Mulroney’s recent TV work includes Marvel’s Secret Invasion on Disney+, Prime Video’s Hanna and recurring roles on Station 19 and Shameless. He also stars in the upcoming Starz series The Hunting Wives alongside Malin Akerman and Brittany Snow. His film credits include the Scream franchise, My Best Friend’s Wedding and Anyone But You, among others. Mulroney is repped by Paradigm.
