‘Chicago Fire’ and ‘P.D.’ Crossover First Look: Severide’s Crash
Chicago’s firefighters and police officers mix next month in special crossover episodes of Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D.
The crossover focuses on firefighter Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney), who spirals down after his efforts for Anna’s bone marrow procedure don’t work out as planned. Then he finds himself at the center of a vehicular manslaughter case that the detectives of Chicago P.D. are investigating.
In this exclusive sneak peek, Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and other members of the Truck Co. 81 are called to the scene of a terrible car crash. They’re shocked to discover that one of the cars is Severide’s — but nobody’s behind the wheel. Seems like the driver vanished after the wreck. As the police pull up, Herrmann questions onlookers. “Did anybody see what happened here?”
Blank stares all around.
The two-hour Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. crossover event premieres Tuesday, Jan. 3, at 9 p.m. on NBC. Watch clips and full episodes of the Chicago shows on Yahoo View.
