Chl?e Bailey Speaks On Halle And DDG’s Relationship: “I Love Them, I Really Do”
Halle Bailey and DDG have been in tabloids lately, not only because of the “Moonwalking In Calabasas” rapper trolling their relationship, but also for pregnancy rumors.
The trolling has caused some to feel that The Little Mermaid star is “too good” for DDG, after Halle called her boyfriend her “first deep, deep, real love.” In response, the Pontiac, M.I., rhymer had much to say, leading Chl?e to chime in as well.
“And all them females [talking] bout my girl can ‘do better’ f**k broke ni**as wit no ambition,” the 25-year-old wrote on X in a since-deleted post last month. “Ya ain’t never been to Chanel & can pick out whatever & how many bags ya want.”
On Thursday (Sept. 21), Chl?e hopped on Instagram Live where she gushed over the couple.
“Let me tell you something. I am just so happy,” she said. “Halle and Darryl are so happy. He’s been so sweet and everything. I f**k with them, I don’t care what nobody says. Y’all don’t see behind the scenes. Like I love them, I really do.”
The Chl?e x Halle duo has always shown support for one another, especially in times when social media has given them both backlash.
Recently, Halle became emotional after watching the In Pieces singer perform live in London. She shared a clip on her Instagram Story of them hugging backstage after the show.
“I couldn’t stop myself from bawling my eyes out,” Halle captioned the video. See below.
