Christina Hall’s Latest Dig at Ex-Husband Josh Hall Teased an Unexpected Yet Intriguing New Project
Since Christina Hall and her ex-husband Josh Hall’s divorce went public, the HGTV star hasn’t shied away from going after her ex. From accusations of him “piggybacking” off her, to her recent decision to sell the Tennessee property he’s currently living in, Christina has made it known that she’s done with her ex’s games.
Just this weekend, Christina went after Josh yet again in her Instagram Story. “Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog? I guess plans changed,” Christina wrote, per Page Six, alongside an announcement that she’s selling her Tennessee home which she purchased by herself in 2021.

“And yes this is ‘stealing’ from me and my family,” she explained. “Asking for an obscene amount of $$ from me for a short-term marriage is factual. Stealing my rental income for 2 of my sole and separate homes is factual.”
Christina then fired against Josh’s team too. “Also, your ‘rep’ is literally always off on their statements… trying to make you look all innocent in this,” she wrote. “Defamation is ‘false claims.’ You damaged your own reputation sweetie. You aren’t Amber Heard – nice try.”
In addition to calling her ex, who she was married to from 2022 to July 2024, a “gold-digging little biatch,” Christina added that “everything I’ve said is 100 accurate and I haven’t even scratched the surface of your character.”
Lastly, as almost a nail in the coffin, Christina reveled that her plans to go after Josh have just begun. “Ps my autobiography is in the works and is gonna be a real page-turner,” she wrote, teasing a tell-all memoir.
Prior to Christina’s latest social media outburst, a representative for Josh defended him in a statement to People. “Josh has said repeatedly that he wants to handle the divorce like an adult—in the courts, not in social media and the tabloids,” his team told the outlet. “Over and over again, Christina has insisted otherwise, creating public spectacles, but Josh has still stayed quiet. But now Christina is defaming him.”
“These are false, libelous claims. Josh hasn’t stolen a penny from her or her family. This is a red line, and Christina has crossed it,” the statement read. “Instead of repeating Christina’s false statement, the media should ask why Christina keeps insisting on handling this matter in public instead of through the law.” Looks like these two sides won’t be seeing eye to eye anytime soon.
