Christina Hall Shades Ex Josh While Revealing She’s Selling the House He’s Living In
It’s no secret that Christina Hall is done with her estranged husband, Josh Hall. She has been rather public about their split and her feelings toward him. Now, she’s ready to unload her Tennessee property where he’s been living since they called it quits on their marriage.
On Thursday, Oct. 3, Christina shared with her Instagram Story followers that the modern farmhouse in Leiper’s Fork was “officially for sale” for $4.5 million. The cozy home was featured on her HGTV show, Christina in the Country after she purchased the home in February 2021 — ahead meeting and marrying Josh. While she is the sole owner, People noted that the former duo had come to a “temporary agreement” to allow him to stay in the house as long as there weren’t rental tenants scheduled on the calendar.

Christina noted on her Instagram Story that she was “excited for a new venture in business & real estate,” and tagged her realtor — but she wasn’t done with her ex. That’s when the 41-year-old TV personality got a little shady in her next post. “I guess ‘Leiper’s Fork’ is gonna have to come off the bio soon,” she wrote, referring to Josh tagging the Tennessee location on his social media account. “Time to go back to reality soon… Remember when you said you would never steal from me, or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog? I guess plans changed ??.”
And to emphasize her point, Christina concluded, “All about trying to take everything you can… With your mind on my money and my money on your mind… ????. Byeeee???” Fox Business confirmed with Christina’s representative that the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement. It will likely be an expensive divorce for her because California is a community property state, which means that “anything earned or acquired during the marriage, including debts, can be claimed by both parties as their own,” per the media outlet.
While Christina has been vocal about her displeasure, Josh has remained rather silent on the divorce topic until his rep handed a statement to People: “Josh has said repeatedly that he wants to handle the divorce like an adult—in the courts, not in social media and the tabloids. Over and over again, Christina has insisted otherwise, creating public spectacles, but Josh has still stayed quiet. But now Christina is defaming him,” the statement reads. “These are false, libelous claims. Josh hasn’t stolen a penny from her or her family. This is a red line, and Christina has crossed it. Instead of repeating Christina’s false statement, the media should ask why Christina keeps insisting on handling this matter in public instead of through the law.”
Christina had the last word, though, adding a second statement on her Instagram Story on Friday, Oct. 4. She openly discussed his alleged theft of funds from her rental income property and how she paid for his luxurious lifestyle, including his Bentley. She closed out the scathing note with a reminder that her “autobiography is in the works and is gonna be a real page turner.” It sounds like this chapter of her life will be juicy!
