‘Citadel’ Season 2 Casts Merle Dandridge, Rahul Kohli, Michael Trucco
“Citadel” Season 2 at Amazon Prime Video has added a trio of recurring cast members.
Variety has learned exclusively that Merle Dandridge, Rahul Kohli, and Michael Trucco will all appear in the new season of the spy thriller series. They will appear opposite returning stars Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra-Jonas and returning cast member Stanley Tucci. Recently announced new cast members for the second season include Jack Reynor, Matt Berry, and Gabriel Leone.

“The second season will build on the intense action and complex characters introduced in the first season, promising even more thrilling twists and intrigue,” said “Citadel” executive producer and chief creative officer of series producer AGBO Angela Russo-Otsto. “Also, the recently announced ‘Citadel: Diana’ and ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny,’ from Italy and India respectively, further expand the storytelling and scope born from the world of ‘Citadel.’”
Dandridge recently appeared in the smash hit HBO series “The Last of Us,” based on the video game of the same name. Dandridge reprised the role of the character she originally voiced in the game. She is also known onscreen for her roles in shows like “Station 19,” “Greenleaf,” “The Flight Attendant,” and “Sons of Anarchy.” Dandridge is highly accomplished stage actress as well, having starred in Broadway productions like “Spamalot,” “Rent,” “Aida,” and “Tarzan.”
She is repped by SDB Partners, Cornerstone Talent, and Schreck Rose.
Kohli has recently collaborated on multiple shows with Mike Flanagan, including “The Fall of the House of Usher,” “Midnight Mass,” “The Midnight Club,” and “The Haunting of Bly Manor.” He has also starred in the shows “Death and Other Details” and “iZombie.” He will also be seen in Flangan’s upcoming film “The Life of Chuck.”
He is repped by Artists First and McKuin Frankel Whitehead.
Trucco has also worked with Flanagan on “The Fall of the House of Usher,” “Midnight Mass,” and “The Life of Chuck” in addition to Flanagan’s film “Hush.” He currently appears in the CBS series “Fire Country” and is known for his role as Samuel Anders in the reimagined “Battlestar Galactica” as well as for roles in shows like “Disjointed,” “Pensacola: Wings of Gold,” “One Tree Hill,” and “Beverly Hills 90210.”

“Citadel” will begin production on Season 2 later this year. David Weil serves as showrunner and executive producer. Anthony and Joe Russo executive produce under their AGBO banner along with Russo-Otstot and Scott Nemes. Joe will also direct the entire season. Amazon MGM Studios produces.
