Coi Leray And Trippie Redd Rekindle Romance Five Years After Breakup
Coi Leray and Trippie Redd are apparently back in love after briefly dating in 2019.
The two rappers showed love to one another online with hints that they were reunited.
Leray took to X sharing a video call between the two that indicates they’ve been pretty inseparable. “Sleeping on FaceTime, waking up on FaceTime,” she wrote. In another post she shared a screenshot of the two on a video call, sharing their love for Minions.
“We love minions,” she wrote.

The pair received a ton of commentary from fans who were excited to see them come together, however, the “No More Parties” artist took time out to address any critics.
“I tweet and exit out this app because, child, it is just too messy in here. Like, nonstop negative sh*t on Twitter! Be safe on here,” she said.
When the two broke up five years ago, Trippie let it all out in a song named “Leray” with lyrics that include: “When you got with me, you were a genius/ Now without me you have to live life as an idiot.”
At the time, Coi joined No Jumper calling the song “bullsh*t” but gave props to Trippie for his artistry.
“At first, no, I didn’t like it. It was very like, what the f**k, because I always thought we really had something outside of the music,” she began. “So I’m just like, damn. If you got something to say, let’s get together and you say that sh*t to my face… I felt like I’m being used for click bait. He’ll sell out with or without me, but at that point I just felt like he coulda just called me, you coulda just hit me, DM’d whoever, emailed. You coulda got the message the f*ck out there because we’re very connected. You ain’t have to go ‘head and put me down like that in a song.”
She added, “Just like me, I’mma put my feelings in a song and my emotions in a song and he does it very well, and that’s one thing I gotta give to him.”
Last year, the 27-year-old also name-dropped her ex on the track, “Isabel Marant,” rapping, “Tried to count me out, and now I’m big as Trippie Redd. Woo, I hope I don’t crash.”
It looks like shady lyrics are a thing of the past, as the two can look forward to their new future together.
