Cole Swindell's Nashville Wedding Was Very Cowboy Meets Fairytale

Cole Swindell and Courtney Little were married in an intimate affair in California earlier this month, but that didn't keep them from also throwing a massive Nashville wedding. The couple did just that, throwing a huge party for friends and family on June 22 and they gave all of the details exclusively to our sister publication, BRIDES.

The newly-minted Swindells reportedly became friends years ago after meeting at a NASCAR race. However, in an interview with Cole on The Bobby Bones Show, after Courtney got a starring role in the music video for his song “Some Habits,” everything “kind of changed”.
Cole eventually asked her to marry him. “Still couldn’t tell ya everything I said down on one knee…All I know is she said “YES”!” Swindell shared on social media in May 2023, announcing the engagement.
After the family-only wedding in early June, the couple boot-scooted off for a honeymoon in Turks and Caicos. After they recovered from that excitement, they headed to a private estate in Nashville to throw a giant wedding party for all their friends and family there. “We loved the intimacy of a private ceremony with only our close family, but also wanted to celebrate with our favorite people,” Courtney Little Swindell told Brides. “It was a dream to have a wedding, depart for our honeymoon, and then come back to Nashville to celebrate with everyone!”

The event was designed to feel like a European escape with plenty of Southern touches, including Georgia-born Cole's cowboy hat and boots. The couple also found a sweet way to pay homage to Cole’s late father. At their wedding in California, they reserved a seat for him.
At the Nashville event, attendees found their seat assignments on oversized guitar picks that were set up on a display that also showcased a memento from Cole’s dad. “In the middle of the wall was Cole’s late father’s guitar,” Courtney said,“Since his dad is no longer with us, it was a really special way to honor him and feel like he was there on our big day.”
