Jost, who is in Tahiti covering the Olympics surfing for NBC and navigating nasty toe injuries, will lead the series, which comes from Sony Pictures Television, the studio behind Jeopardy!
The “Weekend Update” star has been a clue twice on Jeopardy! but the contestants didn’t know who he was either time. “I found out about it because my mom sent me the clip and she said, ‘I would have gotten it.’ When you’re a clue on Jeopardy!, you feel like you’ve made it, but then in the same moment you realize, ‘Oh, I have not.’”
