Comedian Gabriel Iglesias coming to Daytona's Peabody Auditorium: What you need to know

Another popular funnyman will be on stage this summer at Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach.

Comedian Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias will be perform July 11 at Peabody, as part of his nationwide “Don’t Worry Be Fluffy Tour.”

?Tickets go on sale online Thursday, June 6, at noon at Ticketmaster.com and at Iglesias’ website, Fluffyguy.com. They also will be on sale at the Peabody Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday at the concert hall, 600 Auditorium Boulevard, Daytona Beach.

Ticket prices start at $49.50, not including fees.

What you need to know about Gabriel Iglesias

Iglesias is one of the most-watched comedians on YouTube, generating more than 1.1 billion views in addition to his more than 25 million fans on social media. He also was included in The Hollywood Reporter’s “Top 40 Comedy Players” list, along with giants such as Jerry Seinfeld and Chris Rock.

On TV, Iglesias is the star and executive producer of the Netflix original comedy series, “Mr. Iglesias,” in which he portrays public high school teacher who works at his alma mater. His feature film credits include co-starring roles in “Magic Mike,” “Magic Mike XXL” and “A Haunted House 2.”

On tour, he has headlined sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden in New York, Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and the Sydney Opera House in Australia.
