You Know Me finds Fitzsimmons reflecting on 34 years of sobriety, sex with a 57-year-old woman, convincing your children that you’re cool, and combating loneliness on the road. And he realizes, he’s happy where he is.
Fitzsimmons directed the special and also exec produced alongside Matt Schuler. Producers included 800 Pound Gorilla, Jarad Clement and Valentijn Sloot.

A regular on all the late-night talk shows, the comedian has over the years made over 20 appearances on The Joe Rogan Experience, and over 50 visits to The Howard Stern Show. His relationship with the latter’s host led to him hosting his own show on SiriusXM, which ran for more than 10 years.
As an actor, Fitzsimmons has been seen on shows like Santa Clarita Diet and Louie, more recently appearing in the indie dramedy The Road Dog starring comedian Doug Stanhope. Other screen credits include VH1’s Best Week Ever, Chelsea Lately, and Lights Out with David Spade.
