Country star Keith Urban will headline Milwaukee's Summerfest in 2024
Summerfest is getting its shopping done early for 2024.
A day after announcing its third headliner for next year — M?tley Crüe, on June 21 — the Milwaukee music festival said Tuesday that country star Keith Urban will headline the American Family Insurance Amphitheater June 29.
NEEDTOBREATHE and Lindsay Ell will open the show.
Urban's no stranger to the amphitheater: He last headlined the concert there in August 2022 and headlined Summerfest in 2015.
Tickets for Urban's concert go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 3 at Summerfest.com and Ticketmaster.com, and at the amphitheater's box office, 200 N. Harbor Drive. Info on ticket prices wasn't available Tuesday, but tickets will include admission to Summerfest June 29.
It'll be Urban's second Wisconsin concert in two days; according to his tour website, the night before, he's headlining Country Fest in Cadott.
Urban's concert is the fourth amphitheater headliner announced for Summerfest 2024, which runs June 20-22, June 27-29 and July 4-6. In addition to M?tley Crüe, country star Kane Brown is playing June 20, and Tyler Childers takes the amphitheater stage June 28.
