Courteney Cox's Daughter, Coco, Teases Her for Not Saving '90s Clothes for Her: 'Actually Very Rude'
"She didn’t actually save anything for me," the 20-year-old joked to Refinery29
Coco Arquette isn't getting hand-me-downs from her mom, Courteney Cox — and she's making sure her mom knows how she feels about it.
"She didn’t actually save anything for me from the ‘90s. It’s actually very rude," the 20-year-old daughter of the Friends alum and ex-husband David Arquette said jokingly in a joint interview with her mom while talking to Refinery29. "Everyone’s like, ‘Oh, those outfits.’ No, I don’t have them."
While Coco was speaking in the interview, published on Instagram on Aug. 12, Cox stood by her slightly shaking her head in agreement that, no, she sadly did not hold onto her iconic outfits from years gone by for her only daughter.
The mom and daughter also tackled questions about who is most likely to steal from the other's wardrobe (Arquette quickly answered that it would be her.) and who is chattier, which was up for debate.
Another question that they couldn't agree on: who takes longer to get ready.
Arquette was insistent that Cox, 60, takes longer to get ready, but the Scream actress wasn't having it.
"Really? I think I'm so fast," she said.
"You're the slowest person alive," her daughter fired back.
Cox shut down the argument with one final rebuttal: "I’m the fastest shower-taker and I can get ready if I have to."

Arquette may claim that her mom didn't save "anything" from the '90s for her, but she did save at least one dress: the purple midi-length dress she wore for the Snake Eyes premiere in 1998.
Arquette wore the exact same dress in 2019 — and mom showed her off on Instagram, writing in a caption, "I’m not one to hold onto things but this was a damn good purchase! 21 years later.."
For the 1998 red carpet, Cox showed up with David (to whom she was not yet married) on her arm. He was decked out in all red from hed to toe — red button-up, red pants and even a red hat. It didn't get more '90s.
Cox's look was timeless: a black shoulder bag and classic black heels, with just a few pieces of jewelry to accessorize.
