On “The Poet,” Bingham sings about just that — a wandering poet living a nomadic existence. The lyrics paint a picture of the people and things he’s witnessing along the way. The harmonica and gravelly sound of his voice gives this song an almost Bob Dylan-esque sound.

6. “Nobody Knows My Trouble” (2015)

“Nobody Knows My Trouble” has an autobiographical element to it, and Bingham expresses that no one truly knows the troubles he’s had to carry throughout his life. In the end of the song however, the lyrics turn more optimistic: 

“Now I'm living the good life/Away from all of the bad advice/I take every day like it's a paradise.”
