‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ creator Larry David will stop in Portland for comedy tour
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Comedian and actor Larry David will stop in the Rose City for a tour that’s following the end of his beloved sitcom “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”
He begrudgingly announced the tour on the show’s Instagram on Tuesday.

“[The tour] will be a total waste of your time,” David said in a promotional video. “You know there’s not that many things to do at night, so yeah, I guess if you have nothing to do — but you could consider bowling… I haven’t done it in about 50 years, but now that I mention it I think I might hit the lanes soon. Anyway, if you want to go, you go. If you don’t, you don’t. Not a big deal either way.”
“A Conversation With Larry David” kicks off in Denver later this month and will conclude in Hollywood, Fla. in early December. The Portland show is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rose Quarter’s Theater Of the Clouds.
Fans are likely most familiar with David’s show “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” which just concluded this April after nine seasons. The Emmy-Award winner also co-created NBC’s “Seinfeld” alongside Jerry Seinfeld and previously wrote for “Saturday Night Live” in the mid-’80s.
