Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan songs on Dancing with the Stars Season 33 premiere night
Us Weekly laid out all the needle drops for the DWTS premiere. Perhaps the most-discussed star of Season 33, Anna Delvey will dance to Sabrina Carpenter’s Espresso with her partner, Ezra Sosa. With Espresso essentially being this year’s song of the summer, some Sabrina fans might have some thoughts on Anna’s cha-cha to the song. As for Danny Amendola and Witney Carson, the two will dance the tango to A Bar Song (Tipsy) [Remix] by Shaboozey and David Guetta.
Next up, Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson will perform a cha-cha to Dancin’ in the Country by Tyler Hubbard. NBA champion Dwight Howard and his partner, Daniella Karagach, will dance to This is How We Do It by Montell Jordan, performing a salsa. Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong have a tango set up with Chappell Roan’s Hot to Go!; another hit from the summer, whose artist has a devoted fanbase.
Jenn Tran and Eric Roberts receive some on-the-nose songs
From there, Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten have a cha-cha planned for Shania Twain’s Man! I Feel Like A Woman! Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko will dance a tango to Piece of Me by Britney Spears. Instagram’s favorite Olympian Stephen Nedoroscik will dance a jive with Rylee Arnold to Queen’s Don’t Stop Me Now. This season’s Bravo rep, Phaedra Parks, is slated to dance the cha-cha to Whitney Houston’s I’m Every Woman with Val Chmerkovskiy.
As for Eric Roberts and Britt Stewart, viewers can expect another cha-cha, this time to Old Time Rock and Roll by Bob Seger (how subtle). Prospective Housewife Tori Spelling and Pasha Pashkov will dance the foxtrot to Trustfall by P!nk. The Bachelorette, Jenn Tran, will dance yet another cha-cha to Miley Cyrus’ Flowers (again, subtle) with Sasha Farber. And, last but not least, Reginald VelJohnson and Emma Slater will dance a salsa to Motownphilly by Boyz II Men.
Dancing with the Stars hits ABC and Disney+ on September 17 at 8/7c.
