“Dancing with the Stars” returns tonight, October 7, after taking a week off to make room for the vice presidential debate between Tim Walz and J.D. Vance. It’s “Soul Train Night,” which will feature a special Derek Hough master class, guest judging by Rosie Perez, and an opening number to “T.S.O.P.
