David Hasselhoff Is 'Crying' as He Shares Major Family Update
David Hasselhoff is officially a grandpa, and he couldn't be more proud of the newest member of the family.
With excited tears, the 72-year-old welcomed his granddaughter with a heartwarming photo posted on Instagram earlier this week.
"A crying Grandad," he sweetly captioned the announcement, which included a snap of the Knight Rider alum accepting the newborn into his arms.
He clutched her close to his chest, with a soft pink blanket spread out underneath the squirmy babe, whose feet were raised high in the air.
"She’s perfect WOW ??," he added. "I am so blessed."
The newest member of the family, named London Hasselhoff Fiore, was born to Hasselhoff's daughter, Taylor Hasselhoff-Fiore, on Aug. 11, according to another Instagram post later shared by her mom.
"...truly the best day of our lives. We never knew you could be THIS happy ??. Baby London, Mommy & Daddy are so excited for this journey together and we can’t wait to show you the world ??????????," the 34-year-old added, alongside several photos from the hospital, while her husband, Madison, added, "Angel baby ????????,” in the comments.
Fans were delighted for the actor to take on his latest role, with one telling him, "Enjoy your new life as a grandfather."
"Congratulations David! Your grandchild has the coolest grandfather ever, The Hoff ??," another wrote.
Someone else wrote that they were "so happy" to see the actor with the little "dream come true."
Along with Taylor, Hasselhoff shares 31-year-old daughter Hayley Hasselhoff with his ex-wife, Pamela Bach.
