Instead of Dunkin,' TV host Letterman appeared in the drive-thru of a McDonald's. Dunkin' isn't as prevalent in the Midwest as on the East Coast — though it does have several locations around Indianapolis, as well as stores in Bloomington, Lafayette, Terre Haute and northwestern Indiana.

His video edits in clips of Jennifer Lopez from the original commercial with his own reactions.

"Is it all right if we touch your food before we give it to you?" he asks Affleck's wife.

When she asks, "Is this what you do when you say you're going to work all day?" Letterman responds, "None of your business."

The Dunkin' spot came in fourth on the USA TODAY Ad Meter, which ranked all 51 commercials from Super Bowl Sunday. It had been teased on social media by customers who met Affleck in the drive-thru in January during filming and posted on social media.
