Deion Sanders' Daughter Deiondra Shares Snaps in 'Mommy Mode' After Welcoming First Baby with Singer Jacquees

Deion Sanders is a grandpa!

The former athlete's daughter Deiondra, 31, welcomed her first baby, a son named Snow, with R&B musician Jacquees on Friday, Aug. 9. She shared the exciting news on Instagram, detailing the obstacles she faced throughout her pregnancy in the caption.

"This journey has been long, but seeing your face, my sweet baby boy, made every moment worthwhile," the proud mom shared. "I am overjoyed to be your mom and cannot wait to share a lifetime of love and adventures with you. I love you so much Baby Que."

"I was gon say Dang that Doctor look like @jacquees ," Deion joked in the comments. "Proud of y’all. Keep him before God and God will keep him before us. ????."

The proud parents excitedly brought their baby boy home from the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) later that month, and on Aug. 23, Deiondra shared with her Instagram followers how life in "mommy mode" has been treating her.

To start the carousel, Deiondra can be seen smiling big with her newborn on her chest. In the next snap, she's seen pumping milk for her little one, while Jacquees holds and feeds him on the couch. Another adorable photo shows the two smiling at one another with a "NICU Graduate" chalkboard sign standing in between them.

"Mommy mode ??????????," she wrote in the caption.

Deiondra first announced her exciting baby news on Instagram in March 2024. The R&B musician also confirmed the happy news with his own Instagram post on Saturday, featuring a photo of him kissing Deiondra's belly.

The "You" singer, 30, included the photo within a carousel of snapshots and videos of the couple on vacation together. "My definition of real LOVE ????????," he captioned the post.

Deiondra's announcement had a more serious tone. She detailed all of the reasons she's having the baby in the caption of a video that appeared to be a scripted reenactment of her real-life experiences.

The first scene included a medical professional telling her that "it's gonna be kind of hard in the future to conceive a child" since she's had four myomectomies — surgical procedures to remove fibroid tumors.

The woman went on to tell Deiondra that her chances of getting pregnant were "slim" and if she did, it would be a "high-risk" pregnancy.

After the scene in the medical office, the video cut to Deiondra on a bridge wearing a white dress and cradling a baby bump.

In the caption of the video, Deiondra told her followers that her pregnancy was "not planned nor expected."
