Demi Lovato Cancels the Rest of Her Tour After Reportedly Entering Rehab
After breaking her silence on her recent hospitalization due to an apparent drug overdose, Demi Lovato canceled the remaining concerts on her Tell Me You Love Me tour. Demi was set to play in Mexico and South America in September and November but will focus on her health instead.
On Thursday, Live Nation gave a statement to TMZ that said, "We wish Demi Lovato the best now and in the future and we hope to see her soon in South America."
Demi is reportedly entering a live-in rehab facility following her stay at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, and while it's unclear how long she will be in rehab, it sounds like she'll be taking all the time she needs.
Earlier this week, Demi posted an update on Instagram and wrote, "I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery. The love you have all shown me will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side. I will keep fighting."
