Derek Hough makes triumphant return to 'DWTS' stage with mind-blowing performance
After more than three years away from performing on the Dancing With the Stars stage, judge Derek Hough returned Monday night. Hough is arguably the series biggest breakout star, and his performance with girlfriend Hayley Erbert only helped solidify that claim.
Hough not only won a record six seasons of the show, he also earned two Emmys along the way. And after a few years away, he returned this season as a replacement for Len Goodman, who didn’t want to travel from his home in London because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hough and Erbert danced the Pasodoble, which is an intense Spanish dance based on quick military marching. And the couple military-marched their hearts out, much to the viewers’ delight.
