Diana Jenkins Shares Details on Her Numerous Homes
On the May 18 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, newcomer Diana Jenkins shared that she lives “a very big life” that includes plenty of travel. Luckily, she has numerous gorgeous places to call home all around the world.
“Geographically, I usually have a set of houses that I move around with,” she explained in an episode interview. “Currently, it’s L.A., Sarajevo, Hvar. Around five, six houses.” As the episode showed, her spacious home in Hidden Hills, California, has a beautiful pool and a breathtaking view.
“Not to sound really pretentious, because I do understand,” she continued. “Half of my life, I grew up very poor in Sarajevo, in a Communist country.”
Diana shared more details of her personal history during the episode. “I was 19 years old when war broke out, and my dad was determined to get me out. I left my family behind. I was a refugee,” she recalled. “So once I got to London, I didn’t have a penny to my name. I didn’t have a passport, nothing. I would do different jobs in restaurants, washing dishes, cleaning toilets, doing anything to get anything. I would say there was a good 10 years of my life that were excruciating, and they were just survival.”
“I met my ex-husband in London, and he was one of the top investment bankers in the world,” she continued. “I went from war [and] extreme poverty to an extreme wealth.”
While London has great significance to Diana, she quipped during the episode that her dog Pearl “did not enjoy” the city during a recent visit.
