Diane Kruger Shares Ultra-Rare Video of Daughter Nova & Followers Can’t Believe How Big She’s Getting

Diane Kruger is a proud mom and even though she tends to keep her daughter Nova Tennessee’s life pretty private, she couldn’t help but post the sweetest little video of her skipping merrily down a cobblestone street.

“All my ??,” the actress captioned the ultra-rare clip.

The 5-year-old (who turns 6 this fall!) looks so wholesome, wearing a pink skirt, denim jacket, sneakers, and a heart-print backpack. Her blonde hair is in two long braids, and followers can’t get over how big “little” Nova is.

“My goodness, how big she is already” “They grow up so fast,????????” “No way!!! Wow, she’s a big girl now ????????” “????how did she get that big so fast”

Kruger shares her sweet little bunny rabbit with fiancé Norman Reedus. The couple met on the set of Sky in 2015 and welcomed Nova three years later in 2018 when Kruger was 42. The National Treasure actress revealed to People that it was Reedus — who also shares son Mingus Lucien with his ex Helena Christensen — who picked their daughter’s unique moniker.

“I had her late in life at 42,” she told the outlet. ” … ‘Nova’ in Latin means new beginning, and a nova star keeps changing and is reborn. And we love Tennessee and the Smoky Mountains; we do motorcycle trips there.”

Not only was Nova herself a surprise, but Kruger revealed later in the interview that she was surprised by how much she loves motherhood.

“I wanted to be a mom and I was sure I was going to like it, but just the magnitude of wanting to be there every second, not missing a thing … I thought it wasn’t going to happen, and she came into my life when I was ready … I’m grateful that happened for me and our family. She’s changed my world and the way I look at everything.”

Kruger previously told The Sunday Telegraph she’s grateful she didn’t become a mama until her 40s. “I am so glad I did not have a kid at 30. I think I would have absolutely resented it for all the things that you have to give up, because today I am happy to do so,” she said. “I have been to every party, I have been to every country that I wanted to visit. So I’m 100 percent ready and willing to give my kid that attention. But at 30, I know I would not have been ready to do this properly.”
