Diddy Facing 120 New Sexual Assault Lawsuits, Accused of Abusing 9-Year-Old Boy
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a shockingly large number of new sexual assault lawsuits — including an accusation of abusing a nine-year-old child.
Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee spoke at a press conference today (Oct. 1) and revealed that he’s representing 120 accusers that have allegations against the music mogul that span the last 20 years. Of the 120 victims, 25 of them were underaged when the abuse that they’re alleging happened.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors,” said Buzbee. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates.”
According to Buzbee, the youngest victims of Diddy’s alleged abuse are nine, 14, and 15. Many of the victims were located in California, Georgia, Florida, and New York — but there are others scattered throughout the country.
In the case of the nine-year-old boy, Buzbee claims that he, like others who went to auditions for Diddy, was abused by the music mogul and others who promised that he would get a record deal.
In another instance, Buzbee explained an accusation from a 20-year-old who was drugged with horse tranquilizer. "It all involves some sort of drug. One instance, there was someone who was 20 years old at the time, and she was asked to attend a party in a hotel,” he explained. “She was flattered, went to the party and was given one drink, She doesn't remember anything else. Ultimately, it was so messed up. she went to the hospital where they found cocaine and this horse tranquilizer.”
On behalf of another accuser, Buzbee explained how they felt about the music industry due to what they experienced with Diddy. "'Had he not been in power, I feel like I could have been something great. I quit the industry because of what Sean Combs did to me,'" said Buzbee (as the accuser). "That is really what it comes down to. We are pursuing this, asking you to support this effort, to encourage witnesses and victims to come forward, bring your evidence, so we can continue to break down this wall of silence. We can continue to have this story heard."
According to Buzbee, there’ve been more than 3,000 people that have come to his office with accusations against Diddy. He plans on beginning to file lawsuits in different states within the next 30 days.
Of the allegations, Buzbee claims that they involve “many powerful people” and that his team has “collected pictures, videos, texts.”
In a statement from Erica Wolff, Diddy’s attorney, about these new potential lawsuits, she responded with, “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
The lawsuits against Diddy, who’s currently charged with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, continue to pile up. Last week, he was named in a new lawsuit alleging that he sexually assaulted a woman in 2021 in 2022, leading to her getting pregnant.
Just days before that, he was named in another lawsuit by Thalia Graves who accused him of brutally raping her at a Bad Boy Records studio in 2021 — and reportedly recordings and publishing the attack by selling it as pornography.
