Diddy Sued By His Former Male Music Producer For Sexual Assault

Diddy has been hit with another lawsuit, this time from his former music producer who claims he was sexually assaulted by the Bad Boy founder. NBC News reports that Rodney “Lil’ Rod” Jones, a producer and videographer, filed a lawsuit against him in federal court on Monday (Feb. 26). Rodney Jones listed Diddy, his son Justin Combs, Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, Comb’s chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, and ex-Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam as defendants in the suit.
Lil’ Rod’s lawsuit states that he lived and traveled with Combs for work from September 2022 to November 2023. It was during this time frame that he allegedly recorded hours of video and audio detailing Combs and his team “engaging in serious illegal activity.”
Jones claims that he was repeatedly sexually assaulted and subjected to nonconsensual advances by Diddy’s associates. He detailed incidents where Lil’ Rod alleges that Sean Combs groped his genitals and his anus. Another portion of the suit detailed how Combs would walk around him naked. Jones argues that Sean Combs was attempting to “groom him” to have sex. However, Jones claims that Diddy would describe his actions as “horseplay.”

Jones then explains that Combs went so far as forcing him to watch a video of two men having intercourse. The legal document lists one of the men in the video as Stevie J. But, the picture of the man included in the suit is actually a male pornstar named Knockout. He spoke out against Jones including him in the legal document on X/Twitter. “They will not bring him down off my name try again,” he typed on the social media platform.
Elsewhere in the lawsuit, Rodney Jones alleged that a female cousin of Diddy’s longtime girlfriend, Yung Miami, also sexually assaulted him. He claims that the woman attempted to have sex with him in front of Diddy and his staff.
Jones’ suit also draws attention to one incident that saw Combs harass him with prostitutes. The music producer recalls being present at a house party in Miami where Combs allegedly drugged him. Jones remembers seeing Combs serve women bottles of alcohol laced with drugs. He also stated that he may have been raped during that ordeal after waking up in a bed with Combs and two other women. Lil’ Rod expressed that Stevie J and Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, were used to recruit prostitutes for his parties. Jones specifically stated that Justin was ordered to find underage girls for the house parties.

At one point, Jones detailed a story involving Cuba Gooding Jr. He stated that the Bad Boy founder introduced him to the actor. Shortly after meeting, Jones claims that Gooding began “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders.” He also included pictures of him with Cuba to corroborate his story.
Rodney then called into question Combs’ purported streak of violence and lies. He recalled an incident involving Combs and his son, Justin. Jones explained that the two got into a heated argument. Gunshots reportedly went off and hit a man named G in his stomach. Combs allegedly told Jones to lie about the incident and tell the cops he was hit in a drive-by. TMZ reports that the incident was reported to the police. But, the shooting was found to be a result of a robbery, with G running into the studio after being shot.
Sean Combs’ attorney, Shawn Holley, has vehemently denied that these allegations regarding his client are true. His legal team asserted that the claims were lies and another attempt to grab headlines.
“[Jones’] reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines,” Holley said. “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls… We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
A rep for Justin Combs also spoke out against the allegations. Justin’s rep called the allegations “absurd” and asserted that the statements would have “legal consequences.”
“Justin Combs categorically denies these absurd allegations. They are all lies! This is a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a payday. There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family,” the representative said.
Rodney Jones is seeking at least $30 million in damages.
